Return and Exchange Policy



Thank you for shopping with *Jacketry*.
Please note that *Jacketry* is an online store only and does not have a physical shop. All returns and exchanges are handled through our delivery service.

*Kuwait Orders*
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns and exchanges are processed via delivery courier.
• All delivery fees are borne by the customer.

*Alterations & Repairs*
• If the item requires a minor repair or alteration:
• Repair fee within Kuwait: KD 2.
• Delivery fees (pickup & return) are borne by the customer.

*Damaged or Defective Items*
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.
• Once approved, the item will be repaired or replaced based on the case.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

*International Orders*
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• All shipping and exchange fees are borne by the customer.

*Important Notes*
• Custom-made or altered items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Refunds are not issued; approved cases will be processed as exchange or store credit, where applicable.
